Thank you for visiting our band website.

We are  a progressive, friendly, contesting brass band comprising of a good mixture of both adult and young players and we always welcome new players of a suitable standard.

Our main activities, apart from entering band contests throughout the year,involve supporting local civic community events such as the annual Ferry Fair and the annual Queensferry Christmas Pageant.

Throughout the year we perform concerts in the community, the main such event being our Annual Spring Concert in May each year.

We are self supporting and this necessitates fund raising events which form part of our social calendar.

We also fundraise during the Christmas season playing Christmas music at various venues such as our local Tesco superstore and Edinburgh’s Gyle Centre.

Our rehearsals are currently held each Wednesday 7-9pm at Dalmeny Church Hall, Main Street, Dalmeny  EH30 9TT  near South Queensferry.
